Yoga & Movement Classes

All classes are Infrared Heated between 80 - 104 degrees and mindfully curated for each approach.

Warm & Hot Hatha Yoga

Foundational yoga asana (postures), breath work, and gentle warming movements to build strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Focus on standing poses and basic seated work that is suitable for all levels. Cultivate balance and strength as you move from standing to floor positioning, ending with a deep rest. Practice is offered as both warm and hot (80 or 104) throughout the week.

Warm & Hot Yin Yoga

Slow and low - Yin is a quiet, meditative practice designed for energetic release and deep tissue opening through long, slow, primarily seated postures that deeply nourish the connective tissues, ease tension, and improve flexibility and circulation typically held from 1-5 minutes. Experience the combo of sensation, stillness, and heat. Practice is offered as both warm and hot (80 or 104) throughout the week.

Hot Flow & Yin Yoga

Our dynamic combo - beginning with the breath-based, strengthening sequencing of vinyasa yoga and closing with long, deeply nourishing Yin holds. You’ll develop flexibility and mobility, balancing both body and mind. Practice experienced at 98 degrees.

Warm Restorative Yoga

This class focuses on deep relaxation, using props to support the body in gentle poses held for extended periods, promoting healing and stress relief. Involving a limited number of poses, often held for 5-20 minutes, paired with the use of props, mindful breathing, and a low energy atmosphere, you are invited to find deep relaxation. Practice experienced at 80 degrees.

Hot Yoga Sculpt

A high-energy blend of power yoga, HIIT, free weights, and fun beats. Build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and improve body awareness. Engage in strength-building, low impact movements, and intense work, for a blissfully sweaty practice. Practice experienced at 98 degrees.

Sound Bath & Meditation

For thousands of years, in all parts of the world, sound has been used to promote healing and create deep states of relaxation and wellbeing. Experience the immersive, healing nature of sound guiding you into a deeply meditative state, helping release tension and promote lasting relaxation. Sound healing works to unlock blocked emotions, relieve anxiety and stress, induce complete relaxation, heighten clarity, improve ability to concentrate, decrease depression, normalize blood pressure, and reconnect with yourself. Practice experienced at room temperature (non-heated).

Hot Flow Yoga

A dynamic, strengthening class with movements from various styles of yoga linked together to create a fluid, breath-based practice. Can be vigorous but provides modifications for all levels. Practice experienced at 98 degrees.

Hot Power & Plunge

Can’t decide between movement and a refreshing cold plunge? You don’t have to! This heated class blends dynamic movement sequences with longer holds and deeper stretches, leaving you feeling balanced and rejuvenated - followed by a quick immersion into our cold plunges to cool things down! Yoga practice experienced at 104 degrees; cold plunge ranging from 48-54 degrees.

Warm Primal Flow

Primal Flow is a ground-based movement class that blends quadrupedal, primal patterns with dynamic and static yoga postures. Most of the practice happens close to the floor, using the hands and feet as points of support to build deep core strength, joint stability, mobility, and full-body coordination.

Movements are fluid, intentional, and rooted in anatomical alignment, helping the nervous system adapt to new patterns while improving balance and confidence in how you move. This class is designed for every body and every level. Beginners, seasoned practitioners, and athletes alike will find accessible entry points and meaningful challenges. Expect to feel grounded, strong, and reconnected to natural movement, with benefits that carry into daily life, training, and overall well-being. Practice experienced at 98 degrees.

Warm Slow Flow

Slow flow is a yoga practice that offers smooth and mindful movements that ignite your body and align with the rhythm of your breath. Connecting the mind and body to create space through gentle and heart felt transitions that will leave you at ease and balanced. Practice experienced at 80 degrees.

Hot Mat Pilates

Core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning - this low-impact practice emphasizes strengthening core muscles while improving body awareness. This class will lengthen and strengthen muscles while giving you a full-body workout. We utilize the magic circle, bands, balls, and light weights to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion. Practice experienced at 98 degrees.

Hot Power Flow Yoga

Experience rich challenges through dynamic movement, and asana mindfully curated to elevate your physical strength, flexibility, and balance through the use of breath-based flow inspired sequencing. Practice experienced at 104 degrees.

Yoga Nidra

Reclined, deeply healing guided meditation and relaxation. You will be guided through meditations that help you experience deep tranquility and relaxation. Participants may enter a state of conscious relaxation often described as “yogic sleep” where the body and mind can access pure rest. Very little asana is practiced in this session. Dress comfortably and feel free to bring a bolster and/or blanket. Practiced at room temperature (non-heated).
