The Sisu Experience

Our typical sauna & cold plunge session includes three rounds of hot and cold therapy, with rest and hydration breaks in between, ensuring the stress you arrive with doesn’t leave with you.

Our sauna practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level or flexibility and incorporates cold plunges for enhanced all-around recovery.

Remember to stay well-hydrated before, during, and after your session to maximize the benefits.

Our Steam Sauna

Indoor sauna spacious enough for 16 people, heated to a steamy 195 - 205*F

Cold Tub Plunges fitting 2-3 people, chilled to a rejuvenating 45-54*F

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each 60-min session, you will be guided through 3 rounds of:

12-15 mins sauna

3-5 mins guided cold plunge
