At Sisu, we guide you through a blend of hot and cold immersion for the ultimate contrast therapy reset.
Whether you’re new here or a seasoned practitioner, we’ve got just what you need to feel amazing and keep the vibes going.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During each 60-min round, you will be guided through 3 rounds of 12-15 min sauna sessions, each followed by a guided 3-5 min cold plunge.
The magic sauce? Breathwork, Meditation, and Community!
