Meet Jae
Jae Ingram | Stretch Therapist, Movement Specialist
Jae Ingram offers stretch therapy at Sisu that blends mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle hands on support. Her sessions are calm, attentive, and unrushed, allowing the body to open without force in a fully clothed, supportive setting.
People come to Jae after workouts, contrast therapy, or when they simply need to reset. Her work supports recovery and long term ease through assisted stretching guided by breath and body awareness. With years of yoga and movement experience, Jae cues each session thoughtfully, helping clients participate actively and feel subtle shifts as they happen.
Her approach weaves assisted stretching with Thai table work and yogic philosophy and practice, using traction, compression, and patient pacing to encourage natural range of motion. Sessions may focus on specific areas or unfold as a full body experience.
Clients often leave feeling lighter, more spacious, and more aware of how their body moves and responds. When helpful, Jae shares simple stretches and awareness practices to support continued progress between sessions.
At Sisu, her work offers a grounded, meditative form of therapy that helps the body recover, integrate, and move forward with greater ease.
